well well well

k so tonight i got on my ellipcal...well...it kicked my ass! lol i did 3 minutes almost died then went back for another minute...i'm a sucker from punishment...tomorrow i shall try for 5 minutes...wish me luck!
then i didi 50 sit ups and then a bunch of arm and leg exercises then i danced around the room to a song with alicia and then i jogged on the spot for one song while aly sang to me lol!

  1. Nice job! Don't push yourself so hard that you'll be too sore to do anything the next 2 days, just pace yourself and you'll find yourself able to do it longer :)
